Role and Responsibilities
The Web Information Manager (WIM) of SIDCGL is responsible for:
- Coordinating with all departments to ensure content on the website is accurate, current, and relevant.
- Overseeing the publication and archival of content in compliance with the Content Archival Policy.
- Ensuring the website adheres to GIGW 3.0 guidelines including accessibility (WCAG 2.1) standards.
- Managing requests for information and feedback submitted through the website.
- Coordinating with technical teams for the maintenance, security, and uptime of the website.
- Reviewing and updating website policies periodically.
- Acting as the nodal person for any issues related to website content or functionality reported by citizens or government agencies.
